Assist in managing inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers to maintain stock of essential items. Oversee shift scheduling and labor management to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours. Customer Service Excellence: Uphold a customer-centric approach, ensuring all customers receive prompt and friendly service. Assist in handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and satisfactory manner. Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and build strong customer loyalty. Team Leadership and Development: Work with the Multi-Unit General Manager to lead and motivate the team, promoting a positive work environment and teamwork. Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new employees to ensure they are well-equipped to perform their duties effectively. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support team members' growth and development. Quality Control and Safety: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety in accordance with company guidelines and health regulations. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure consistent preparation and adherence to recipes and procedures. Enforce health and safety protocols to create a secure and compliant working environment Financial Management: Support the Multi-Unit General Manager in achieving revenue and profit targets for the restaurant. Monitor expenses, cost of goods sold (COGS), and labor costs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures. Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to make data-driven decisions. Qualifications: Proven experience in a leadership role in the quick service restaurant industry. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences. Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and quality control standards. Proficiency in financial management and the ability to analyze financial reports. Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Knowledge of HotSchedules/4th, Paycom and Micros is a plus A background check and valid driver's license is required for this position.
