The Role: Coordinate activities of count process for casino funds from slot machines, bill validators, change machines, and table games boxes. Prepare all necessary reports. Promote the Family Style Service culture through actions and positive attitude. Responsibilities: Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal guests at all times. Coordinate count activities along with and in the absence of the Count Room Manager. Review count room activities with Count Room Manager daily. Provide direction and assistance to Count Room Clerks when necessary. Collect money collection cans from all assigned slot machines, bill validators, change machines, and/or table games boxes, and replace with empty cans. At all times, maintain control of all casino assets. Follow all procedures for collection, counting, and asset security at all times. Transport assets to count room. Count all money collected from the gaming floor. Complete all necessary paperwork, documentation, and reports timely, accurately, and legibly. Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities. Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner. Ensure the safety and security of all guests and team members. Comply with all policies and procedures established by Bally's Kansas City Casino and departmental management. Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in cashiering or cash handling and counting is strongly preferred.
