About the Role:
We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Intake Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for managing our client intake process and leading a team of intake specialists to maximize conversion rates and ensure exceptional client experience from first contact.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the intake team to achieve departmental KPIs and conversion targets
Utilize Lawmatics CRM and reporting systems to track performance metrics and optimize the intake process
Analyze intake data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
Manage the sales pipeline from initial inquiry to signed client
Train and mentor intake specialists on effective consultation techniques
Personally handle high-value potential client consultations
Generate comprehensive performance reports for leadership
Qualifications:
3+ years of sales management experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience with Lawmatics or similar CRM systems
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required for candidates with exceptional experience
