+ Experience with systems implementation

+ Proficiency in MS Access and SQL

+ Ability to travel at least 50% of the time on average based on the work you do and the clients and industry/ sectors you serve

+ Experience with tier one compensation software product - Callidus, SAP Commissions, Varicent, Xactly
