What Does A Sales Management Trainee Do At Ryder System

* The incumbent will be assigned to operational and administrative tasks in support of location and regional management
* They will primarily support the Vehicle Sales Managers in achievement of all location sales quotas, goals and objectives
* In addition, the incumbent will: call on prospective customers and assigned accounts within a specific territory, use constant aggressive telephone marketing skills, maintain contacts with existing customers to improve retention, keeps current on market and customer trends, and develop and implement strategies necessary to improve sales performance
* Individuals need to be willing to relocate within their geographic territory at the end of the program
* This program is fast paced and touches every aspect of the business unit
