**Responsibilities**

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a Management Trainee, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

We'll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. And you'll learn what it means to always put our customers first. Ours is a culture of friendly competition, which is critical to growing our business - and your success.

**Qualifications**

+ Must be at least 18 years old.

+ Bachelor's degree required.

+ Must have experience in any of the following areas: customer service, sales, leadership or athletics at a collegiate level or above.

Are you looking for a long-term position with a stable company?
As a Construction Material Sales Trainee, you'll complete a defined training program tailored to prepare the successful candidate for future roles in construction material sales within New York. In addition to sales, the program will expose the candidate to a broad range of functions within the business including operations and numerous other support departments. Some of the things the successful candidate will focus on in the program are as follows:
  • Strong focus on the sales side of the business including the sales processes, orders, logistics, billing, etc.
  • Involvement in the operational side of the business including exposure to mining, processing, quality control, and shipping.
  • A solid understanding of the support departments including the functions that they perform and how they support the business. These include CCM, finance, and legal.
  • Complete various projects as assigned during the training program. Projects may be operational, sales or business development related. These projects are a great way for the successful candidate to really add value to the organization and increase their own skills while completing the training program.
  • Participate in continuous improvement exercises, including work that is heavily analytical, to seek new and changing ways to improve the profitability of the business.
  • Drive and promote a culture of safety and promote a safe work environment
