The Wedding and Banquet SalesManager is responsible for driving group business from the wedding, corporate, and social markets, maximizing revenue opportunities across lodging, events, banquets, and mountain activities. The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC's salary range for this position. The range listed is just one component of Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC's total compensation package for employees. Overview:

This is a full-time in-office or remote role for a Specialty House Accounts Manager. The primary responsibility of the Specialty House Accounts Manager is to identify, develop, and manage business relationships with specialty retailers in the US. The role includes developing and executing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, opening new house accounts, conducting market research, and managing account negotiations. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and represent Scentco's brand values effectively.

Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
Experience in product promotion and the specialty retail market

The Sales Lead/Retail Keyholder is support to their Store Manager & upper management team in driving a performance based culture within their location, while focusing on delivering exceptional customer experience. The Keyholder should be passionate about fashion, styling, client connection, and developing talent. Major Responsibilities:

Monitor and assess retail store performance, including sales, product levels by season, and general compliance with company standards and policies in partnership with Store Leadership.
Apply a strong understanding of business acumen to drive the business and help build longterm solutions.
Deliver an elevated client experience acting as a brand ambassador - embody brand values, engage customers on the brand. Be the example for your team in creating and fostering lasting relationships with customers.
Drive and exceed individual KPI goals, by ensuring the highest level of Customer Service and quality of sales.
Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the sales floor.
Provide honest and confident feedback to customers about style and fit
Work with the team to keep the store customer ready, which means filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, and cleaning
Responsible for opening and closing the store & directly managing a team alongside Store Leadership
Support the day-to-day performance of the retail store team, enabling an incredible employee experience through regular feedback and performance based discussion.
Required Competencies:

Prior experience in a retail/boutique store dealing with high-end goods, and clientele oriented sales
Minimum 2 years Retail Experience
Minimum 1 year Retail Management Experience

Exceptional organizational skills, follow through and attention to detail
Strong problem solving attitude
