JOB SUMMARY
MPS Sales Director, is a selling manager role and will lead by example through individual sales contribution, developing, coaching, and managing a team of MPS sales executives. Job Description
What You Will Do:
Find and close new business by proactively reaching out to potential clients through calls, networking, site visits, and industry events-turning prospects into long-term partners.
Negotiate and finalize contracts that ensure clarity, accuracy, and mutual success-your attention to detail makes the difference.
Plan and coordinate the details of each event or group booking, including space setup, timing, equipment, menus, and billing-making sure no detail gets missed.
Create and track monthly SMART goals that align with hotel revenue targets and help you stay on course-and ahead.
Manage existing relationships with professionalism and care, ensuring repeat business and enthusiastic referrals.
Maintain organized, accurate records using systems like Delphi or CI/TY, so everyone stays informed and on track.
What We Are Looking For:
1-2 years in hotel sales, events, or marketing - You understand how to move fast, multitask, and still make it personal.
Excellent written and verbal communication - You know how to engage clients and influence outcomes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Organization is your superpower.
Experience with Delphi, CI/TY, or similar tools - It's a plus that helps you move fast and work smart.
Detail-oriented and self-motivated - You thrive on deadlines and live for checklists.
