PROVE is seeking a Head of Sales and GTM (remote) to design, build, launch, and lead the demand generation for PROVE's Bulk Purchase financing product. This is a builder and operator role suited for a leader who can create the GTM engine from concept to execution and scale a high performing sales organization as demand grows, building on a product that has grown approximately 60% YoY and generates roughly $35 million in annual revenue.
This leader will be responsible for expanding PROVE's presence among medical providers that treat personal injury patients and for shaping how the market understands and adopts the Bulk Purchase product. The scope spans strategic planning and hands on execution, including marketing, outbound demand generation, channel development, and industry thought leadership. The Head of Sales and GTM will be the first hire dedicated to this function and will have the mandate to grow a team of sales and business development professionals over time.
The Head of Sales and GTM will partner closely with leaders across the organization to create visibility into pipeline performance and report progress against commercial targets and key performance indicators. This individual will manage the sales funnel from initial outreach and qualification through warm handoff to the investment team for structuring and closing, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective provider partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Go To Market Strategy and Leadership
Architect and launch the end-to-end sales and marketing strategy for PROVE's Bulk Purchase product.
Segment the provider landscape, identify highest value targets, and develop differentiated value propositions, messaging frameworks, and tailored collateral for each group.
Build a structured demand generation engine that blends targeted outbound programs, high impact inbound channels, industry events, publications, and strategic partnerships.
Represent PROVE as a subject matter expert and thought leader in the personal injury ecosystem, including conferences, webinars, and industry forums.
Create competitive positioning and messaging that differentiates PROVE in the market.
2. Marketing and Content Development
Lead development of all market facing materials, including pitch decks, production overviews, case studies, industry primers, and event collateral that clearly articulate PROVE's Bulk Purchase value.
Develop a publishing strategy that includes white papers, educational content for providers, and PROVE authored insights that establish thought leadership in the market.
Strengthen PROVE's visibility across relevant associations, journals, and digital channels through targeted, measurable marketing initiatives.
Oversee digital marketing, email outreach, and lead nurturing workflows that support lead generation, qualification, and pipeline acceleration.
3. Sales Execution and Pipeline Management
Drive predictable pipeline growth through structured outbound programs and effective conversion of inbound leads.
Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach and needs assessment through qualified opportunity creation and smooth handoff to the investment team for structuring and closing.
Provide executive level forecasting, funnel analysis, and insights into deal velocity, conversion rates, and revenue trajectory.
Conduct regular pipeline reviews, deal strategy sessions, and coaching conversations to improve effectiveness and shorten sales cycles.
Ensure Salesforce and related systems reflect accurate, timely, and complete data across all stages, and establish CRM standards and operating rhythms that support scale.
4. Team Building and People Leadership
Build and scale a high performing sales and business development team, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and ongoing performance management.
Define clear processes, playbooks, and expectations that enable consistency, quality, and repeatability across all stages of the funnel.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
5. Cross Functional Collaboration
Partner with leaders across the organization (Finance, Legal, Operations, and Servicing) to simplify and translate complex concepts into compelling narratives and content that resonate with medical providers.
Collaborate with leadership to address capability needs, inform product strategy, and achieve revenue targets.
Ensure seamless coordination between sales, investment, and client success teams to support a smooth transition from prospecting to execution and post-acquisition management.

The Sales Consultant position services retail stores. General responsibilities comprise of the proper management of an established sales territory including selling, servicing, merchandising, administration and ensuring up-to-date accounts receivable.
Territory Management:
Ensure consistent customer contact
Properly plan and execute sales initiatives
Handle all customer related issues in a prompt and friendly manner
Selling:
Full understanding of products and pricing schedules
Make effective sales presentations
Achieve assigned company objectives and successfully grow business
Identify and nurture new accounts
Merchandising:
Use all available POS to enhance selling efforts
Focus on merchandising basics such as display size and location, shelf position and standards, cold boxes, counters, windows and anywhere else consumers can be impacted
Servicing:
Follow necessary steps when making sales calls
Perform reliable inventory checks and communicate properly to minimize order mistakes
Properly rotate products on shelves, cold boxes, displays, etc.
Administration:
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Handle all paperwork issues in a proper and timely manner
Position Qualifications:
BA/BS college degree or related industry experience
Prior route sales experience (highly preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Goals and results driven
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Reliable transportation and proof of insurance
Lift up to 50lbs repeatedly
Local candidates preferred (no relocation package)

Job Description
Located just minutes away from all of the excitement of the glittering Las Vegas Strip and Las Vegas Convention Center, Tuscany Suites & Casino provides guests with a relaxing getaway perfect for business travelers, a long weekend with friends or your next family vacation. The Marketing Representative is responsible for promoting the success of the Players Club and Promotions areas by assisting guests through the membership process, explaining the benefits of membership, and knowing monthly promotions and special events. Team Members will work under immediate supervision. This position relies on limited experience, instructions, pre-established guidelines, and good judgment to perform the functions of the job.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Always maintain positive guest relations, resolving guest complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction. Greet guests in a courteous and caring manner using personalized service.
Establish new guests with Players Club membership and aid in maintaining and updating guest accounts as needed.
Promote the success of the Players Club by explaining this marketing tool to guests, issuing membership cards, and demonstrating the various methods of use.
Record information on new customers and update computer files as needed.
Evaluate and qualify guests for participation with casino floor/property promotions.
Resolve miscellaneous guest complaints, referring to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.
Maintain a working knowledge of the Players Club to effectively explain all aspects to guests.
Routinely inspect stock of Players Club printed materials and restock same, as needed.
Issue complimentary vouchers for guests when appropriate level of play has been established.
Assist with tournaments, drawings, and special events.
Assist the Player Development team with answering general questions and providing information as needed.
Maintains a working knowledge of company facilities, as well as special events on property, to advise guests and fellow Team Members of same, whenever possible.
Follow instructions, pre-established guidelines, and possess good judgment to perform the functions of the job.
Responsible for adhering to established cash control policies and procedures.
Flexibility and adaptability to a changing clientele and environment.
Other duties as assigned by management.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Must be reliable, efficient and have knowledge of all computer systems (including Microsoft Office) and operations in these areas.
Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality of customer as well as company information.
Outgoing personality to communicate marketing programs to player's club members.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
3 months experience or equivalent of combination of education and experience in casino marketing related field.
Must be able to obtain Nevada Gaming Card - Title 31 training.
Work may be performed in areas which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, dimly lit or brightly illuminated.
Work is performed in an office environment and on the casino floor (must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment).
Interaction with co-workers and guests in work area is typical.
Needs to be flexible and work wherever required.
Must be able to work any necessary hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to work with a team as well as independently.
Requires ability to use office equipment.
Requires normal mobility, to include walking, standing, reaching overhead, and bending over, pushing/pulling of file cabinet drawers, lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling of 25lbs minimum, light grasping with both hands; prolonged standing and working at computer monitor.
