- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- At least 15 years of related experience managing a large, multifaceted cyber security sales team operating in multiple geographies
- Experience with a cyber-security portfolio ranging from Managed XDR Services, Identity and Access Management services, Application Security, Cloud Security to OT & IoT Security
- Proven success driving consistent revenue growth year-over-year
- Solid track record of building and leading best-in-class sales teams by creating loyalty, trust, and commitment to organizational goals
- Experience in international markets
