About the role
You'll build the operational foundation that scales Gamma's go-to-market efforts from PLG success to enterprise sales. This means establishing systems, processes, and infrastructure that bridge self‑serve users and enterprise buyers while leveraging AI extensively to build operations that work at PLG scale with enterprise precision. You'll own HubSpot architecture, deal operations, revenue reporting, and the GTM tech stack, ensuring our sales and customer success teams have everything they need to succeed.
As Sales Strategy and Operations Manager, you'll implement AI‑powered workflows using platforms like Clay, n8n, and HubSpot AI to eliminate manual tasks, establish revenue forecasting that gives leadership visibility into pipeline health, and create scalable processes for lead routing, security questionnaires, and enterprise onboarding. You'll partner closely with Product, Finance, and Engineering while driving operational cadences that keep the team aligned and accountable.

What you'll do
Build and manage CRM infrastructure from the ground up, owning lead stages, qualification criteria, pipeline reporting, and automated workflows
Implement AI‑powered workflows and automation using platforms like Clay, n8n, and HubSpot AI to eliminate manual tasks
Own end‑to‑end deal operations including contract generation, invoicing workflows, payment tracking, and clean handoffs between sales and customer success
Establish revenue reporting and forecasting that gives leadership visibility into pipeline health, conversion metrics, and business performance
Administer and optimize our GTM tech stack, evaluating and piloting emerging AI tools through continuous experimentation

What you'll bring

Interpret the data, analyses results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports that will convert into business opportunities.
Work with Management Systems leaders (Product Management and Marketing) and with the experts in the different technologies to priorities business and information needs.
Actively work with the Center of Expertise leaders (Thermal, AC and DC power, Batteries, Generators) to identify the needs for data collection at system, site and network level.
Collect feedback from Technical experts to improve the reports and data collection and verify that the improvements suggested have achieved the expected results.
Define, with the subject matter and product specialists, the data to collect from the systems and site process sold and utilized by Vertiv.
Define strategies to optimize statistics in terms of efficiency and quality, including filter and clean data defining KPI's to identify problems at data base level.
Collaborate with the Monitoring solution architects to assure the efficiency of the data collection in different projects and solutions.
Work with the Global and regional teams to design, develop and maintain the Service Analytics concept. Develop and maintain the Global Data Lake used in conjunction with the Analytics Service organization plus other requirements as needed by the company.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field.
Working experience for minimum 1-2 years as a data analyst or business data analyst preferably oriented to IoT and M2M environments.
Technical knowledge regarding data (models, mining, cleansing, segmentation) and database design techniques.
Good knowledge and experience with BI reporting packages (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), databases (SQL, etc.), programming (Python, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks).
Modeling skills to represent requirements information in graphical forms that augment text representations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyses, and disseminate significant amounts of information from different technical environments.
Knowledge and capability to understand specific applications in the Data Center, Telecom, Industrial and Edge segments.
Strong Communication skills and be able to pick new technology as we expand our data analytics footprint
Ability to ideate and be able to pursue those ideas to deliver business value

Job Purpose
Ensure timely and accurate inventory receipt (EDI and manual add)
Ensure appropriate inventory value is reflected on a tag-by-tag basis through inventory transformation & accrual management.
Ensure accurate financial reporting / document preparation for monthly fiscal check. (Department closing with accounting dept)
Ensure appropriate payment within terms for all suppliers. (A/P Suspend List)
Preparation of accurate & timely monthly business reports
Key Accountabilities
Process suspended invoices and work the vendor statement to resolve payment or pricing issues.
Maintain and resolve GR/IR open balances.
Ensure timely completion & processing of Add/Deducts or processor claims as necessary. Assist with '01 (claim) and '02 (TFP), invoices for monthly dept. closings. Provide clear & logical backup detail. (ie: claim forms, add/deducts, etc.)
Assist sales teams with timely & accurate inventory receipts & inventory transformations. Utilize support structure to focus on customer/supplier issues efficiently; support of projects and presentations; understand steel business including material claims, processing, and cost structures.
Support sales teams with timely receipts of inventory. Complete daily transformations in order to meet sales teams' invoicing requirements. Attach proper default and “special” costs to material as needed.
Collect, summarize and present data to support supplier management objectives of continuous improvement. Support training and development of associates regarding area of expertise. Monthly management of closing activities. Monthly generation of Department Business Reports.
Analyze daily work activities to determine if greater efficiencies can be achieved. Develop and present analysis in a meeting format; assist in creating documentation to support new procedures.
Keep monthly closing reports, daily reports (cuts & coil receipt) filed and archived according to department procedures; keep desk neatly organized to allow for efficient workspace.
