As a Junior Data Analyst at Sparks Wiz Limited, you will support the data analytics team by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help inform business decisions and strategies. You will work closely with senior analysts and consultants to ensure that data-driven insights are accurate and actionable, contributing to the firm's consulting projects and internal operations. Key Responsibilities: Data Collection and Management: Gather and preprocess data from various sources, including internal databases, client data, and external research. Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular data validation and cleaning processes. Assist in maintaining and updating data management systems and databases. Data Analysis: Perform basic statistical analysis and data mining to uncover trends, patterns, and insights. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and findings. Support the development of data models and algorithms for more advanced analytics. Reporting and Presentation: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for internal teams and clients. Prepare clear and concise presentations of analytical findings and recommendations. Assist in communicating complex data insights in a straightforward and understandable manner. Collaboration: Work closely with senior analysts, consultants, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver data-driven solutions. Identify opportunities to improve data collection, analysis processes, and reporting methodologies. Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a data analysis role or a related internship. Experience in an engineering or consulting environment is a plus. Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous. Basic understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
