Position Overview: As a Waterproofing and Foundation Repair In-Home Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for meeting with homeowners, assessing their waterproofing and foundation repair needs, and presenting them with tailored solutions. This is a commission-only position, offering unlimited earning potential for individuals who are self-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about helping homeowners protect their most valuable asset-their homes. Responsibilities: Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to evaluate waterproofing and foundation repair requirements. Provide detailed explanations of our products and services, addressing customer questions and concerns. Collaborate with our team to create customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each homeowner. Prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations and proposals to homeowners. Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and achieve revenue targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Qualifications: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed in a commission-only role. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to customer locations. Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Skills, Knowledge, & Experience: Previous experience in construction a plus. Driver's License Required. Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time. Must be able to drive for long periods of time. Must be able to enter and inspect crawlspace foundations as low as 24" tall. This position requires bending, stooping, and crawling. Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in a variety of conditions.
