Responsibilities of the Sales Professional Pumps - Rotating Equipment include, but are not limited to:
Ability to develop strategic plans and accurate forecasts for accounts Communicate well with others internally and externally, and be able to resolve unique customer issues proactively

Qualifications of the Sales Professional Pumps - Rotating Equipment include, but are not limited to:
Demonstrated track record of extraordinary performance and commitment
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience selling (rotating equipment, pumps, bearing and power transmission products)
Experience selling to the (mines, power plants, food & beverage, oil & gas, municipalities, municipal contractors & engineering firms) is preferred

Your Responsibilities

What You'll Do
As a Sales Consultant, you'll be involved in the entire sales process from first contact to delivery:
Work retail customers, appointments, internet leads, and walk-ins
Build rapport, assess needs, and present both new and pre-owned vehicles
Conduct test drives and professional vehicle walk-arounds
Maintain consistent follow-up and communication
Deliver an elite customer experience that drives strong customer satisfaction scores
Work closely with management to structure and close deals
Be accountable to the process and to your teammates

Retail sales or customer-facing experience preferred
Automotive sales experience not required

Pay & Incentives
Income varies based on performance and effort:
Monthly earnings typically range from $2,500 to $15,000+
Commission-based pay after training period

This is a performance-based career with no ceiling.

5 days per week

Income potential is determined solely by the success of the individual Sales Consultant. No cold calling - leads are supplied through partnerships with a national home improvement chain and multiple home builders and general contractors. Massive sales advantage on competitors.
$800/week draw against commissions earned. Average compensation is $60K to $85K per year. Laptop and phone and vehicle provided after the training period has been completed which is typically between 30-60 days. Benefits including medical and 401K, are offered. The territory for this position is the Greater Denver area.
Job Responsibilities:
Learn and adopt Superior Fence & Rail's structured selling process and complete required training
Present and sell the features and benefits of Superior Fence & Rail products
Continually prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up
Set and maintain the required number of appointments to meet/exceed sales goals
