What You'll Do as a Construction Sales Representative:
Meet with homeowners (in person at our office or virtually) to understand their goals, budget, timeline, and property.
Visit job sites to review conditions and confirm project feasibility.
Work with the estimating, design, and leadership teams to develop accurate scopes of work, pricing, and proposals.
Present proposals, explain the details, answer questions, and guide customers to a decision.
Drive contracts to signature and confirm next steps, including deposits, schedules, and a clean handoff to operations.
Enter & track all customer activity, follow-ups, and next steps in the CRM system.
Build & manage a steady sales pipeline through follow-up, referrals, and relationship-building.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process and check in during construction to ensure their satisfaction.
Attend trade shows and events as needed (occasional weekends).
Travel regionally to client sites across PA, MD, DE, and NJ; most projects are within a two-hour drive from the shop.
Our Ideal Construction Sales Representative:
Experienced: Has 5+ years of construction-related experience and 2+ years of sales experience, with exposure to custom builds, post-frame, decking, remodeling, or similar projects; experience selling custom building projects is preferred.
Confident & Articulate: Communicates clearly and professionally in person, on the phone, and in writing, and can explain scope, pricing, and expectations.
Strong Closing Skills: Able to guide customers to decisions while protecting the customer experience and company standards.
Team-oriented: Works well with others and aligns with JJ's values of humility, accountability, and respect.
Professional Presence: Maintains a clean, professional appearance, communicates politely, and can pass a criminal background check and drug test.
Computer Skills: Able to use basic software tools, including email, CRM systems, and Microsoft 365.

Job Overview
The Point of Sales (POS) Specialist II 5day position assists in the ordering, receiving, tracking, routing and monitoring of POS items. The POS Specialist II 5day participates in inventory counting and reconciliation processes and is responsible for pre-assembling inventory items for shipment. Duties & Responsibilities
* Manages POS for multiple branches and delivers to multiple branches utilizing box truck
* Performs the binding and assembly of POS materials as necessary/needed in the marketplace
* Performs other activities of organizing, packaging, storage and or delivery of goods as required
* Receives materials and supplies daily and places these materials in their designated locations. Maintains accurate count and inventory of all POS coming in and going out on a daily basis
* Communicate with Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure items are loaded and delivered
* Order POS as needed or requested
