Requirements: McBride sales consultants will work 1 weekend day per week and one late evening every week on a rotating schedule (rotates Saturday or Sunday off). With this block schedule, sales consultants will have a 3-day weekend every other week (Sun, Mon, Tues). Experience selling and promoting your company's brand, selling value, not price, in a complex conceptual environment. Experience using a consultative sales approach. High-energy sales professional with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills, including advanced listening skills.
