Responsible for the development of independent account business, with emphasis on overall profitability through both new sales and account penetration. Job Responsibilities:

Builds additional business with current customers through product penetration in order to maximize profitability of individual accounts.
Minimizes accounts receivable problems by monitoring accounts for compliance with credit terms and follows up on any problems.
Maintains awareness of pricing trends within sales territory, particularly on market driven / commodity products, to ensure competitive pricing.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Reports to:
Vice President of Sales
This position is responsible for generating new customers and maintaining existing customers through effective sales practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
In all matters, uphold the highest ethical behavior when dealing with customers, vendors, or other employees.
Develop new accounts through in-person sales calls and telephone activates.
Penetrate current accounts to acquire profitable business in other departments/branches/locations.
Achieve weekly sales objectives: 2 client visits per day, 2 prospect appointments per day, 8 business development calls per day and 3 proposals per week.
Develop repeat and referral business through excellent service and follow up activates.
Keep knowledge of new businesses and make timely initial contact.
Participate in civic and professional organizations for the purpose of developing sales leads and additional business.
Follow up on all business leads from sources within the company.
Develop new accounts through in-person sales calls and telephone activities.
Keep up with new technology developments by educating yourself with trade magazines, online classes and other means necessary to stay competitive.
Key in all activities in our CRM system as well as use it for appointments and quotes.
Must be willing to attend after-hour functions to network with business opportunities.
Community involvement is a plus in this role.
Expectations of the Job:
Regularly visit targeted clients for the purpose of attracting new business and retaining valuable existing business relationships.
Keep abreast of the competition in the territory, understanding their strengths and areas of opportunity of our competition to assist in the sales process.
Maintain the Weekly Sales Plan/Forecast and Summary to ensure selling time is maximized.
Maintain the Target Account Lists to track the prescribed sales call process of targeted prospects.
Conduct all prescribed post-sales follow up activates promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Become familiar with and adhere to the policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook.
Attend and contribute feedback at all office meetings.
Attend and participate fully in all training opportunities.
Interact regularly with the inside sales support staff to ensure best possible service to clients.
Develop and maintain a schedule of well-planned sales calls utilizing the Weekly Sales Plan and Summary and Target Account List.
Utilize Compass, MOEbiz's Customer Relationship Management software, to record marketing information learned and maintain current client records. Average 75-100 points weekly.
Utilize the prescribed sales tools in sales and marketing efforts, including but not limited to Customer Profiles, Order Forms, Proposals, etc.
Complete all sales reports as required by the VP of Sales in a timely and accurate fashion.
Be available for regular performance reviews with the VP of Sales and Owner to assist in personal development and the improvement of sales performance.
Assist in developing strong marketing strategies to increase market share.
Special projects assigned by the VP of Sales.
Attend all sales department and training meetings.
Minimum Requirements:
Required high school diploma or GED.
Bachelor's degree in Business/Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent OR
Two (2) years of previous outside sales experience.
Thorough knowledge of dealer lines affiliated with MOEbiz.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Overview of Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Description
The Guest Care Specialist role is full time or part-time and is an hourly position based upon needs of the business. The Guest Care Specialist is a key holder for the store and serves as the manager on duty (MOD) in the absence of the Store Manager, or when demand requires it. The Guest Care Specialist is expected to provide a superior Guest Care experience and assisting in driving sales of automotive repair services and tires. This position is expected to contribute the growth of the business through strong sales presentations to our guest and product and service knowledge. Guest Care Specialists must be comfortable answering the phone, inviting guest into our store, and making guests feel welcome during their visit.
Starting pay $14.50 to $16.00 based on experience
Responsibilities:
Successfully complete Monro's training program to enable Guest Care Specialist to execute the Monro selling process.
First point of contact for guests on the phone and in the store. Responsible for engaging guests, scheduling appointments, building trust, understanding needs, communicating processes and timelines, and presenting needed services following the Monro selling process. Responsible for the organization and productivity of the service business through estimate and invoice transactions.
Under the direction of management, assists in various aspects of guest care, work order completion and register assistance, facility maintenance, and outside purchase ordering.
This position is a secondary key carrier responsible for basic and detailed opening and closing responsibilities.
Follow all policies and procedures related to cash, credit, check, refund and return policies. Works with the management team to react to guest service issues, guest complaints, and/or business opportunities.
Able to understand and effectively communicate all products and services Monro offers to guests.
Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures, Governmental standards including environmental codes and ANSI/OSHA standards. Consistent use of all required safety standards set forth in training and policies and procedures.
Partner with Management to produce a safe and health work environment that complies with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as with company policies and procedures.
Maintain an organized and neat guest waiting area.
