Attend mandatory meetings, including, but not limited to, sales, teams, and training and to ensure that sales information is flowing both horizontally and vertically throughout the organization. Perform lot duties including but not limited to: snow removal on vehicles, parking, display, pricing, lockup, and trade-in procedure. Strive to increase and improve customer communication and follow up to maintain relationship and ensure satisfaction with the service and products being provided. Meet and exceed established Customer Satisfaction Index rating and in maintain regional positioning. Inspect vehicles prior to delivery and work with delivery staff to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction. Requirements Education and Experience: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Valid Driver License and clean driving record required.
