The Role:
We are looking to add a Sales Rep that will be responsible for calling homeowners whom we have identified as potential candidates for selling their home. The candidate will be responsible for making initial contact and identifying homeowners who have thought about selling their properties or who would entertain an offer to purchase. They will then be responsible for following up with prospects and nurturing hot leads until they are ready to sell. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining a database of prospects who may do business with us in the future.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Build Relationships with Potential Sellers: The team will cover all the resources needed to be able to source potential leads.
Own the Sales Process: Once a lead is identified, you'll negotiate offers, close deals, and ensure the client feels confident throughout the process.
