Provide dedicated support through recruitment, demonstrations, testing and fittings, and rental events, ensuring educators have the tools and assistance required to cultivate thriving music programs.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Music Education, Music Performance, Music Business, or Jazz Studies, or related discipline or equivalent experience
Demonstrated knowledge of Band and/or Orchestral instruments, with previous experience being advantageous.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, coupled with a genuine passion for music education.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to travel, possessing a valid state driver's license and automotive insurance.
Capable of lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evening work.

POSITION SUMMARY:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
BS/BA degree required 1 + years of pharmaceutical/medical/healthcare or related experience

Experience with selling complex specialty and buy and bill products are preferred
Previous experience selling a drug device or technology that required a change in physician protocol is preferred

We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Revenue Operations department. In this role, you'll bring the sales team's vision to life by optimizing processes, providing frontline support to sales reps, and driving data-driven insights that improve productivity and pipeline performance.
You'll sit at the intersection of sales, operations, and finance, ensuring our sales organization operates efficiently, effectively, and with data-driven precision. Day-to-day would include

Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles.
Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting methodologies.
Working knowledge of Salesforce; familiarity with automation or integration concepts preferred.
Hands-on experience with sales productivity tools (Gong, Outreach, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, PandaDoc, etc) or similar platforms.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills; able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to distill complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage with both technical and non-technical teams.
