What you will do
Our continued growth has produced a need for a talented Life Safety Electronic Service SalesRepresentative to join our team. Role Description
APOTHEKE is seeking a full-time, on-site Administrative Sales Specialist based in Brooklyn, NY. This role supports wholesale and DTC sales initiatives, helps build and maintain strong client relationships, and contributes to new business development in partnership with the wholesale sales team.
Responsibilities include trade shows, conducting monthly in-store check-ins, and supporting key wholesale platforms and processes-such as updating the wholesale website, monitoring and managing Faire wholesale orders, responding to customer service emails from our website, and overseeing all dropship activity as part of the sales funnel.
On a day-to-day basis, the Administrative Sales Specialist will respond to customer inquiries, deliver exceptional service, and manage order entry under the supervision of the Sales Team. The role also collaborates closely with internal teams to achieve sales goals and ensures APOTHEKE's brand vision is represented across all wholesale operations.
Qualifications
Customer-focused mindset with strong Customer Service and Communication skills
Proven experience in Wholesale and Sales, with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Experience in the luxury goods or fragrance industry is a plus
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Compensation: Salary of $55,000- $60,000
