Represent the company at local health fairs, networking events, senior expos, and chamber of commerce activities.
Identify and cultivate new referral partners and business opportunities within assigned territories.
Sales & Client Conversion
Respond to new inquiries and referrals promptly, providing accurate information about services and the intake process.
Coordinate with the care management and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly growth goals for new client enrollments and referral partner engagement.
Maintain detailed records of outreach, contacts, and conversions in the company's CRM system.
Marketing & Branding
Assist with local marketing campaigns, including print materials, social media promotions, and community sponsorships.
Gather market intelligence to help refine sales strategies and identify competitive opportunities.

QualificationsRequired:
High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree preferred).
2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in healthcare, senior care, or related fields.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, email communication, and CRM software.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel daily within the Gulf Coast territory.
Preferred:
Background in home care, home health, hospice, or senior living marketing/sales.
Familiarity with Mississippi Gulf Coast communities and healthcare networks.
Existing relationships with referral sources in the area (a strong plus).
Compensation & Benefits
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (occasional weekends for community events).
