Position Summary

PURPOSE
The CT Sales Consultant is responsible for driving revenue growth and market share for Bayer's computed tomography (CT) and cardiovascular (CV) portfolio, including injectors, contrast media, and related software and workflow solutions. They generate demand for the CT / CV portfolio by leveraging territory knowledge, strong customer relationships, and consultative expertise across systems, stakeholders, and contracts. The role involves developing deep relationships with radiology stakeholders, imaging managers, procurement leaders, and IT and biomed teams, while effectively navigating health system decision-making processes and engaging the broader Radiology ecosystem (including suites, OEMs, service hubs, radiologists, and system integrators).
The CT Sales Consultant sells, coordinates, and promotes products and services, while mentoring internal teams and leading impactful sales and marketing presentations. They ensure customer success by delivering clinical and operational economic value aligned with key customer priorities, coordinating resources across Bayer's cross-functional teams, and embedding the Radiology Customer Engagement Plan (CEP) under the Dynamic Shared Ownership (DSO) model.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Achieve sales and revenue targets for the CT portfolio within assigned accounts and territory;
* Build strong relationships with radiology leaders, CT technologists, procurement, and Value Analysis Committees to expand Bayer's CT presence to promote Bayer Radiology products/services/solutions to exceed sales goals;
* Identify key decision-makers and navigate complex buying processes across systems and accounts to build Bayer sphere of influence within the account;
* Develop and execute a territory business plan that identifies key accounts, stakeholders, and growth opportunities by establishing clear goals and resource allocation (coverage, sampling, grants, education);

* Proactively communicate insights with SAMs and Ams;

* Ensure strong customer relationship management (CRM) discipline by maintaining accurate pipeline data, documenting key stakeholders, logging activities, and leveraging sales reports to inform territory strategy;

Begins to nurture, build and cultivate direct-to-seniors and business-to-business partnerships to generate new patient opportunities year-round.
Meets with individual seniors and groups in their homes, workplaces, houses of worship, senior centers or living communities to share the ChenMed value proposition.
Start planing, coordinating and executing local events within the community (e.g., information tables, health fairs, doc talks, etc.) to help reach our ideal patients (i.e., medically underserved, Medicare-eligible seniors, age 55 and older).
Start cultivateing strong relationships with health plan agents, individual insurance agents, social workers, case workers, senior housing managers, senior centers and related community providers to keep ChenMed/JenCare Medical Centers as their top provider choice for senior healthcare when referring patients to a primary care physician.
Partners with community officials, businesses and senior outreach programs to develop initiatives that will appropriately drive new patient growth.
Schedules one-on-one sales meetings, referral relationships with Plan agents, independent brokers and the senior community to delivers solutions on immediate customer requests. Manages vendors as related to event planning and negotiating contracts with venues where events are taking place.
Ensures insurance agents and/or brokers are invited to community events to ensure timely patient assignment to ChenMed/JenCare Medical Centers.
Learns to use marketing and sales tools to identify solutions and sell to new customers. Maintains up-to-date client information in designated customer relationship management (CRM) tool (i.e., SalesForce). Utilizes CRM tool to document interactions with clients and ensures effective management of leads.
Provides monthly activity calendar reflecting community access points and new tabletop venues. Creates penetration plans and initiatives in key target markets and channels.
Recovers dormant customers via sales tools and marketing campaigns.
Drives new member growth by appropriately educating potential patients on our value proposition and healthcare model. Delivers prescribed presentation in front of large audiences.
Develops distribution channels to support new patient enrollment growth. Uses all sales tools provided to ensure efficiency and collection of pertinent data.
Partners with sales leadership to improve effectiveness of engagements with distributors, vendors and community partners.
Builds trusting relationships with brokers/insurance agents/case workers/third party vendors associated with seniors with supervision Develops and executes specific broker and partner strategies and plans.
Engages with new patients through and beyond their first appointment. Maintains relationships with enrolled patients to positively impact retention. Helps address and resolve customer complaints and issues as required.

A minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience is required. Working with seniors a plus, as is a general understanding of Medicare Advantage

Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet our patients and customers as they enter the store, identify patients' needs to ensure an easy and memorable experience while providing promotional products and services available.
Assists patients and customers to choose eyewear that best fit their budget requirements as well as eye care needs.
Troubleshoot and identify problems related to prescription.
Resolve customer complaints, diffuse unsatisfied patients, and provide solutions to remedy situations.
Attain sales goals established while complying with company and local policies and procedures.
Adhering to quality control standards including OSHA and other safety requirements.
Ensure brand standards by performing basic housekeeping duties when necessary.
Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames and edge stock lenses to expedite delivery of eyeglasses, and ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.
Ensure brand standards are met in the lab area, and notify management of equipment malfunctions, incomplete orders, incorrect lenses, etc.
Keep track of delivery time commitments to patients (Now Service, Ready When Promised) to ensure 100% compliance.

PURPOSE
The CT Sales Consultant is responsible for driving revenue growth and market share for Bayer's computed tomography (CT) and cardiovascular (CV) portfolio, including injectors, contrast media, and related software and workflow solutions. They generate demand for the CT / CV portfolio by leveraging territory knowledge, strong customer relationships, and consultative expertise across systems, stakeholders, and contracts. The role involves developing deep relationships with radiology stakeholders, imaging managers, procurement leaders, and IT and biomed teams, while effectively navigating health system decision-making processes and engaging the broader Radiology ecosystem (including suites, OEMs, service hubs, radiologists, and system integrators).
The CT Sales Consultant sells, coordinates, and promotes products and services, while mentoring internal teams and leading impactful sales and marketing presentations. They ensure customer success by delivering clinical and operational economic value aligned with key customer priorities, coordinating resources across Bayer's cross-functional teams, and embedding the Radiology Customer Engagement Plan (CEP) under the Dynamic Shared Ownership (DSO) model.
The span of coverage will be within the New Orleans, LA Metro area .The candidate is preferred to reside in the New Orleans, LA area as that is the center of the territory. The Candidate must be domiciled within the territory.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Achieve sales and revenue targets for the CT portfolio within assigned accounts and territory;
* Build strong relationships with radiology leaders, CT technologists, procurement, and Value Analysis Committees to expand Bayer's CT presence to promote Bayer Radiology products/services/solutions to exceed sales goals;
* Identify key decision-makers and navigate complex buying processes across systems and accounts to build Bayer sphere of influence within the account;
* Develop and execute a territory business plan that identifies key accounts, stakeholders, and growth opportunities by establishing clear goals and resource allocation (coverage, sampling, grants, education);
* Partner and proactively communicate with account managers (National Account Managers (NAMs), Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) and Account Managers (AMs), working accountably to their delivery on activities) and cross-functional colleagues (Service, Clinical, Medical) to integrate CT solutions into strategic accounts;
* Generate quotes and support the proposal process in alignment with SAMs/AMs to ensure consistency and compliance;
* Collaborate with CT and MR roles in shared accounts with clear differentiation from MR counterparts, as the CTSC is expected to bring an engineering/technical orientation distinct from the molecule/clinical science focus of the MR role;
* Proactively communicate insights with SAMs and Ams;
* Utilize enterprise value selling (EVS) tools and business insights to support customer needs and drive value;
* Ensure strong customer relationship management (CRM) discipline by maintaining accurate pipeline data, documenting key stakeholders, logging activities, and leveraging sales reports to inform territory strategy;
* Act as a proactive business partner to Customer Squad team, sharing insights on customer trends internally and contribute toward strategic account plans;
* Provide complete reports on sales, market activity, and technical inquiries to leadership;
* Deliver value-focused, insight-driven presentations tailored to CT workflow and outcomes based on deep technical and clinical understanding of CT workflows across the suite;
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, communicating insights to leadership;
* Leverage data and reporting to make strategic decisions/accountability and consistency in capturing and managing product pipeline;
* Ensure seamless sales handoff and connectivity at initial stages to downstream support teams (service, clinical, medical, etc.) to maintain continuity of customer experience;
* Ensure compliance with Bayer policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards in all engagements;
* Manage resources effectively, including expense reporting, protect company assets, and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulation.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $ 95,680.00 to $ 143,520.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive compensation (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc..
