What you'll do:
Effectively communicate CPI Security's value, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers
Self-generate customer connect opportunities, in addition to company leads, to meet or exceed sales targets
Develop and maintain outstanding working relationship with customers and potential customers to ensure complete satisfaction
Maintain a schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned location
Merchandise product sections and build displays to stimulate sales
Work closely with Sales Manager and team to ensure goal is achieved

What We Are Looking For:
High school diploma
1-2 years of outside sales experience preferred, but will train the right individual
Highly driven and motivated, with a strong work ethic and integrity

Demonstrates strong communications skills and professional credibility to influence sales leaders and professionals
Detail-oriented, creative, and decisive

ESSENTIAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Focus on sustaining and expanding the product lines and all tasks associated
2. Maintain and foster existing key accounts in conjunction with the sales managers and other departments
3. Quote and order entry for assigned products and customers in SAP
4. Identify and develop solutions for new applications using application data sheets, drawings, pictures, and customer questioning
5. Identify customer problems and areas for opportunity for new product sales
6. Prepare quotations with standard and custom products and solutions
7. Maintain or exceed standard quotation and detailed proposal lead time goals
8. Take phone calls and emails from customers and repair shops to assist with product problems and opportunities
9. Strategize on how to create new sales and new customers
10. Look at trends and help maintain appropriate inventory stock levels, will involve working with production and purchasing
11. Work with team mates to balance work loads to make fastest delivery for customer requests
12. Complete all required sales and project reporting on time and with accuracy
13. Potential for travel up to 30%, Customer visits, Trainings, meetings, lunch and learns
