As a Senior Customer Success Specialist GenAI within the AWS Specialists & Partners (ASP) Customer Success Center of Excellence org, you will drive enterprise adoption and measurable customer business value realization for AWS generative AI services by developing and executing comprehensive customer success strategies. You will architect the frameworks, programs, and playbooks that enable AWS teams and partners to unlock value for customers through optimal adoption of AWS generative AI services. This role combines strategic thinking with operational excellence and generative AI focused technical aptitude to create repeatable, scalable mechanisms, and assets, that transform how AWS and our partners deliver customer success.
You will maintain an in-depth knowledge of AWS's Generative AI services and relevant cross-functional areas to build strong relationships with field teams, and customers. By driving the adoption of Generative AI technologies, you will play a pivotal role in propelling AWS's revenue growth while helping customers stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving technological landscape. You exercise learn & be curious to articulate AWS' Gen AI strategy and the services we offer to accelerate adoption. You conduct compelling executive conversations on the transformational possibilities of generative AI and data, while also being capable of helping our customers navigate which features to apply for their use-cases. You can describe the "why" and "what" of generative AI use case and technical solutions at a 200-level, with the detailed "how" being provided by solution architects.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This role requires specific experience leading organizational AI transformation. While valuable, experience as an AI practitioner (e.g., data scientist, ML engineer, AI researcher) without transformation leadership experience does not meet the requirements for this position.
Key job responsibilities
Strategic customer engagement:
- Develop and execute customized success plans with customer's enterprise adoption strategy and business goals for respective service domain.
- Develop and scale customer success programs through respective service domain teams and partner success team.
- Engage with customer employee personas to understand their unique needs and challenges; design and deliver tailored technical workshops and enablement programs to accelerate adoption.
- Orchestrate executive alignment and stakeholder buy-in for adoption initiatives and customer advocacy programs.
Adoption program development:
- As an adoption expert, create and maintain best practices documentation, implementation guides, and training materials to be applied across multiple service domains.
- Track and analyze adoption metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop governance frameworks for sustainable adoption at scale across domains.
Customer success management:
- Monitor customer health dashboards and proactively address potential risks or adoption barriers to customer business value realization.
- Drive customer advocacy through success story documentation and advocacy program participation.
Product feedback loop:
- Collect and communicate customer feedback, insights, and requirements to Go-To-Market teams.
- Analyze trends in customer requests and pain points to identify potential product improvements.

Basic Qualifications

In this role, you will create technical marketing materials and documents for sales, provide training, and offer installation and maintenance support for our GC operations. Shimadzu offers 10 paid vacation days, 8 paid personal days, 8 scheduled holidays, and 3 floating holidays in the first year of employment. Employees are insured at 100% of their salary for the first 6 weeks and 66.67% of their salary for weeks 7-12.
The starting salary range for this position is $87,000 to $89,000 annually, with compensation paid on a semi-monthly, exempt salaried basis. Additional variable compensation includes an incentive plan based on company and service performance, paid semi-annually in April and October. A discretionary year-end bonus may also be provided based on overall company performance.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
FREE parking is available for staff. This store is situated within Hanover Crossing Shopping Center, conveniently located on Eisenhower Drive, near a variety of food and restaurant options.
Permanent, part-time employment.
Preferred availability: 20 to 32 hours per week.
Store work hours and days are Monday through Saturday 8:00am to 9:15pm and Sunday 10:45am to 7:15pm.
Flexible shifts are available, typically ranging from 4 to 8 hours per shift.
Availability on a rotating basis will be scheduled during the week and weekend with daytime and evening hours.
Schedule details may change due to the operational needs of the store; applicants may be required to work schedules not outlined above.

Job Description
This role is based in our Washington D.C. office
We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Revenue Operations department. In this role, you'll bring the sales team's vision to life by optimizing processes, providing frontline support to sales reps, and driving data-driven insights that improve productivity and pipeline performance.
You'll sit at the intersection of sales, operations, and finance, ensuring our sales organization operates efficiently, effectively, and with data-driven precision. This is a hands-on, high-impact position that blends strategic problem solving with tactical execution and is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments.
Day-to-day would include
Sales Support & Execution: Act as an operational partner to the sales team, providing structured guidance, process clarity, and day-to-day support that accelerates deal velocity and accuracy.
Performance Insights: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential process gaps; translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
Product & GTM Alignment: Collaborate cross-functionally to operationalize new products, campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives. Ensure seamless execution from launch through revenue recognition
Systems & Tools Enablement: Administer and optimize sales enablement platforms (Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc) to streamline rep workflows and ensure high adoption
Change Management & Training: Support rollout and adoption of new processes, tools, and reporting frameworks through clear documentation, training, and continuous enablement.
Account & Renewal Operations: Oversee account transitions, renewal workflows, and inventory-related reporting to ensure accuracy, continuity, and visibility across the sales cycle.
Project Ownership & Execution: Lead Sales Operations initiatives from concept to completion, driving planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and flawless execution
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles.
Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting methodologies.
Working knowledge of Salesforce; familiarity with automation or integration concepts preferred.
Hands-on experience with sales productivity tools (Gong, Outreach, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, PandaDoc, etc) or similar platforms.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills; able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to distill complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage with both technical and non-technical teams.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous process improvement and operational excellence.

The salary range for this role is $68,000- $78,000 based on experience.
