Purpose:
The Sales and Leasing Consultant position is the principle contact between the dealership and the customer for the sale and delivery of vehicles. The primary job objective is to provide excellent customer service and maximize sales.
Essential Duties:
Greeting customers and determining their needs
Using a consultative selling process to match the best vehicle to the customers' needs
Identifying business opportunities to grow parts the business through prospecting and sourcing of new customers using internal and external sales leads.
Building relationships with customers to meet their needs and provide an excellent customer experience.
Answer telephone calls promptly, courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the caller's inquiry
Provide customers with needed information and offer additional sales opportunities
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Position Summary:
The purpose of this position is to assist the AMT Surgical Division in customer development. Candidate must maintain an understanding of distribution channels and key industry leaders. Must be willing to travel as needed for tradeshows, conferences and in servicing events.
Duties include inbound and outbound sales, training, account management and product strategy development. This will involve up to 75% travel throughout the United States.
Incentive program and goals will be based on developing and sustaining profitable sales growth.

Job Description
Utilize dialer to execute outbound/inbound phone calls.
Contact, qualify, and enroll businesses for new acquisitions.
Ensure information is collected accurately and processed in an efficient manner.
Achieve and/or exceed all sales goals and quotas.
Handle confidential financial information in a highly professional and ethical manner.
Adhere to all state and local laws 100% of the time to maintain compliance
Qualifications
At the least (1) to five (5) years of business to business sales experience
One (1) to five (5) years of call center experience
Ability to handle confidential information in a sensitive manner.
Proficient computer skills.
High school diploma or GED.
Enthusiastic, High energy, and positive attitude
Additional Information
Training
One week of classroom training followed by one week of on the floor training.
Continual coaching and development after training.
Typical Day
Free parking.
Contemporary style break room equipped with: TV, games, Hot/Cold vending, microwave, refrigerator, etc.
Full time, Monday-Friday.
Shifts are 8am - 5pm, (1/2 hour lunch)
Compensation and Benefits
Full Benefits after 90 days: Medical, Dental, Life, 401(k), PTO
Hourly compensation is based on experience and will range from $10.00-$13.00.
Quotas will be adjusted as you gain tenure.
Commission structure based on production.
Commissions are uncapped; the more you sell the more you can make!
