1. Administrative Support
Run daily/monthly sales, inventory, and month end reports.
Compile information and create reports, spreadsheets, graphs, tables, records, and other sources of information.
Maintain files and records according to the Clearwater Record Retention policy.
Create, design, edit and proof presentation materials.
2. Operations
Collaborate with customers who have requested sales related information
Act as point person for new customers and new items to ensure item and customer set up is done on a timely basis.
Resolve short pays for sales related deductions
Maintain visibility on customer promotions
Responsible for notifying Marketing of all item changes, new items and new customers.
Maintain communication between many different enterprises within the company to coordinate information with sales managers/directors.
Perform periodic retail pricing audits
3. Customer Service
Serves as liaison between customers, brokers, and Clearwater Paper internal departments.
Communicates all product changes to customers and/or brokers and updates information both internally and in customer’s portals as needed.
Orders and tracks product samples and product specifications.
Provides answers and/or solutions in a timely manner when Sales Manager(s) is not available.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Must be self-motivated, have good organizational skills and the ability to set priorities and maintain confidentiality.
- Customer service oriented with exposure to a diverse customer group.
- Self-directed with ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast paced, busy environment
Education and Experience:
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Associates degree in Business or related field preferred.
· Minimum three years of office administrative experience required.
· Accounting experience preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.
· Must be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word at an intermediate level.
· Experience with JDE would be beneficial
