Strategic thinking and planning skills to develop effective marketing and sales strategies that align with the organization's goals. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey marketing messages. Project management skills to coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and sales initiatives. Experience in senior living communities preferred.
