Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, including at least 2+ years in a senior/lead capacity.
Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Advanced Administrator or other Salesforce certifications preferred.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, sharing rules, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with:
Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Flows and declarative automation
Salesforce APIs and data integration tools (e.g., REST/SOAP integrations, ETL tools, or integration middleware)

Compensation & Work Modality

SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Information Technology Operations Manager, the Senior Database Administrator (DBA) is responsible for the administration and maintenance of the MS SQL server database infrastructure and dependent systems. The Senior DBA acts as the primary technical resource for database integrity, backup and restoration, and performance monitoring.

Essential Functions

Physical Requirements

GENERAL:

SALARY RANGE:
The anticipated starting pay for this position is between $113,000 - $130,000. This range represents the expected starting salaries for new hires, typically within the lower to mid-portion of the overall salary range, which encompasses the full potential earnings for the role. Position Summary GoodLeap is seeking two Salesforce Developers to support the ongoing enhancement of GoodLeap's Salesforce platform. Sitting together on the Consumer Solutions and Mortgage Sales squad, this role will support either Mortgage Sales or Consumer Solutions enhancements respectively. Salesforce developers on our team work closely with the Solution Analyst, Engineering Manager, peer developers, and peer technology teams to design, develop, and deploy new or enhanced functionality across two instances of Salesforce. The person in this role will develop solutions using a mix of custom code and low-code development, utilizing declarative tools when possible. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as one of the developers for two Salesforce environments supporting 1000+ users (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud)
Develop & implement Technical Designs for development projects using a combination of out of the box features and custom code.
Architect enhancements to data model and data flow.
Build custom apps and objects, flows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
Continually assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and on all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes.
Complete evaluation, scope and deployment of new development requests, using APEX code, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Omnistudio, and Experience Cloud portal.
Collaborate with developer team members by participating in refinement sessions, technical discussions, and independently performing code reviews.
Observe health of services, perform system audits, prepare for upgrades, manages data feeds and other integrations as applicable.
Act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams; Works independently and collaboratively alongside the Solution Analyst and Engineering team members.
