Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior SalesforceAdministrator with a strong background in Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing) to join our team. This individual will serve as the primary Salesforce subject matter expert, driving innovation, optimization, and automation across our sales and revenue operations.

Required Qualifications:

Expected Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for a new hire into this position is $100,000 - $130,000 annually. In compliance with local law, the range above reflects the current hiring range for this position. EverPass takes into consideration the qualifications, skills, and experience of the candidate, expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees. EverPass expects to hire for this position at the mid-range salary, with the possibility of considering a higher salary only in rare cases when EverPass determines an external candidate possesses exceptional qualifications significantly exceeding the job requirements.

GENERAL PURPOSE:
The Development Administrator plays a key role in advancing Growing Home's fundraising and donor engagement efforts. This position is responsible for assisting the Director of Development in the following areas:
ยท Identifying, researching, and assisting with writing grant proposals to foundations, government agencies, and other institutional funders.
ยท Manage and maintain data entry for the organization's donor database (RENXT), ensuring accurate records, timely reporting, and effective segmentation for outreach.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administer Grant Writing Initiatives Including:

Assist Data Team with Data Entry and Reporting Including:

ยท Protect confidentiality and security of constituent information.
ยท Maintenance and effective utilization of the donor database, ensuring the team captures all data; preparing reports and providing information regarding fundraising goals as requested and required.

ยท Receive, process, and code non-monetary/in-kind donations in collaboration with the finance department.

ยท Maintain all event and campaign-related data, ensuring accurate record-keeping and effective monthly reconciliations/year-end donor summaries of funds raised with the finance department as required by the IRS and best practices.
