Support change management by assisting with Salesforce releases, sandbox testing, and deployment of new features.
Partner with external Salesforce developers and consultants on enhancement projects.
Deliver accurate KPI reporting and analytics to accelerate business expansion.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
1-2 years in salesforce administration
Proficiency in Sales Cloud and Account Engagement
Knowledge of workflow automation tools (Flow, Process Builder).
