About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Business Systems Administrator/Developer to design, build, and maintain our core digital ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management:

Administer and optimize our Salesforce systems to support marketing and sales operations.

Integration & Automation:

System Optimization:

Requirements:
Proven experience as a System Administrator or Developer or similar role, with hands-on expertise in managing Salesforce.
Certifications are a strong plus: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PDI) or Platform Developer II (PDII) is highly desirable
Deep, hands-on expertise in managing and developing on Salesforce (Apex, Visualforce/LWC, Flows, Governor Limits).

SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Information Technology Operations Manager, the Senior Database Administrator (DBA) is responsible for the administration and maintenance of the MS SQL server database infrastructure and dependent systems. The Senior DBA acts as the primary technical resource for database integrity, backup and restoration, and performance monitoring.

Essential Functions
Administers, monitors, maintains, upgrades and troubleshoots existing database infrastructure across development, testing, and production database environments.

Creates and maintains documentation for databases, database infrastructure and database processes and procedures.

Architects and manages high-availability and disaster recovery solutions using SQL Server Always On and cloud-native tools.
Leads strategic planning and implementation of database technologies across on-premises and cloud environments.
Maintains business critical replication infrastructure, including legacy systems.
Designs and executes database queries and data analysis in response to requests from MTS departments.
Creates and maintains documentation for databases, database infrastructure and database processes and procedures.
Collaborates with IT staff, MTS departments, and SAP support personnel in the design, development, tuning and troubleshooting of database infrastructure, services, servers and applications.
Contributes to the IT Disaster Recovery Plan through yearly review and update.

Physical Requirements
The successful candidate must be able to fulfill the physical demands of the job such as walking, stooping, sitting, bending, reaching for overhead files and occasional lifting (must be able to lift up to 15 pounds). GENERAL:

SALARY RANGE:
The anticipated starting pay for this position is between $113,000 - $130,000. This range represents the expected starting salaries for new hires, typically within the lower to mid-portion of the overall salary range, which encompasses the full potential earnings for the role.
