Fox, and GPD Help Desk Tickets: regularly monitor, triage, and complete and close tickets Help maintain the system administration of the organization's current EHR and related applications Create and maintain appropriate training materials for the EHR and related applications Deep Dive: Research and troubleshoot potential problems to determine whether the issues are a user error, a bug, a fix needed, or if training is necessary. System Cleanup: Monitor and perform necessary system cleanup processes, such as merges, discharges from the agency, closing end-dated staff, and re-routing notes. Staff Termination Monitoring: Create reports and mechanisms to assist terminating staff and their supervisor in completing all unfinished tasks before their departure date. Responsible for assisting the finance team with the security and setup of software system for their needs Maintain Integrity of System: Includes but is not limited to locking charts, deceased client locking, and auditing of records as needed. The primary role of the NAEP 2026 Assessment Administrator (AA) is to administer assessments in participating schools for grades 4, 8, and 12 in public and private schools.
