Responsibilities
Provide Tier 2/3 support for Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.x) in OCI
Monitor and resolve application, workflow, and concurrent processing issues
Support EBS modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, HR, and Manufacturing (as applicable)
Support OCI compute, storage, networking, and backup/DR services for EBS
Collaborate with DBAs on Oracle Database performance, backups, and recovery
Coordinate patching, upgrades, cloning, and environment refreshes
Support security controls, IAM, vulnerability remediation, and compliance activities
Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and change management
Maintain operational documentation and participate in on-call rotations
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.x)
Hands-on experience supporting EBS in a cloud environment (OCI preferred)
Strong understanding of EBS architecture and Linux/Unix environments
Familiarity with Oracle Database administration concepts
Experience supporting enterprise production systems

* East Bay, San Francisco, Silicon Valley:
* Consultant: $130,000-$161,000
* Senior Consultant: $149,000-$185,000
* San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, Seattle, Boston, Houston, New Jersey, New York City, Washington DC, Westchester:
* Consultant: $119,000-$148,000
* Senior Consultant: $137,000-$170,000
* All other locations:
* Consultant: $109,000-$136,000
* Senior Consultant: $125,000-$156,000
In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

What You'll Do
Meet homeowners face-to-face to educate them on roof repair and replacement options.
Inspect roofs and identify potential storm or weather damage (training provided).

No roofing or construction experience required - we'll teach you everything you need to know.
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
Strong communication skills and a self-motivated attitude.

Ability to climb ladders and conduct roof inspections (safety training provided).
