Preparation of deed includes searching for latest deed if not available on Caliber documents. Search by County and record costs to monthly report (process below). Keep record of all liens and releases on Supplemental Billing spreadsheets and upload to website as needed. Submit receipt to billing department when a document is purchased with corporate card. E-record lien and releases on designated website. Download once recorded and merge with supporting documents to upload to Caliber. Print lien letter and copy of recorded lien to send to homeowners and mail out. Write Collection Policies as new Associations are signed on. Send Policy to designated Manager or Delinquency Contract for accounting only association. Once signed by Board of Director's officer, distribute policy internally. Add, change, update and/or delete user profiles and passwords as deemed necessary. * Coordinate and assist in providing staff access to SIS and establishes, maintains and updates staff user roles to match the parameters set forth by district administration and provides customized menu based on job description. * Assist and support SIS users' group meetings to ensure group function and compliance with data management and reporting. * Assist with data entry in the student information system. * Assist and collaborate with the technology department to bridge SIS data with third party software. * Assist and support district reporting for 40/80/120/EOY/year-round and facilitate department data management and reporting. * Assist with correspondence and support school/department communication to ensure prompt and accurate balancing of the student enrollment and reporting. * Assist in creating and submitting all required STARS files to NMPED as required throughout the school year and have finalized within 10 days of report date. * Communicate accurately and effectively with district administrators as well as NMPED personnel to ensure efficient and timely reporting of data. * Assist department directors in generating and analyzing state reports and ensure program accuracy for final reporting approval. * Attend NMPED sponsored meetings to stay up to date on reporting requirements. * Assist with requests for support from all departments. * Assist the offices of the Superintendent, Deputy Superintendent and Directors with the creation of reports, worksheets, and data files related to both students and staff. * Assist with OCR data reporting. * Other duties as assigned. Budget & Inventory Management - Assist in preparing and managing the budget, track expenses, order supplies, and managing inventory for housing units, storage units, and related areas. 5. FF&E/Inventory Catalogs - Develop and maintain a photo catalog of all furniture, fixtures, and equipment of all units. 13.
