Key Responsibilities
Administer and configure the Smart Communications platform to ensure optimal performance security and compliance

Design configure and maintain SmartComm templates for generating highquality documents and multichannel communications eg print email and web

Essential Job Functions:
Typical Tasks
Lead the development and implementation of strategic asset management program, including assets from the Airport's most recent $1.3B Replacement Passenger Terminal (RPT) program and its subsequent renewal and replacement of the facilities and all other existing assets.
Serve as EAM Administrator, providing guidance, oversight and coordination of technical staff, consultants, contractors, and committees/teams to ensure the delivery of key elements of the asset management program, to achieve strategic goals for EAM.
Responsible for developing, organizing and managing warranties for all assets being turned over from capital program.
Ensure Airport receives final project deliverables for all assets that are maintainable and operable. (i.e. O&M manuals, warranty details, spare part list, as-builts).
On boarding all new assets into the EAM.
Oversee the creation of preventive maintenance programs, job plans and bill of materials for all on boarded assets.
Ensure complete, accurate and up-to-date asset information, performing regular data validation.
Provide technical asset management expertise for key stakeholders.
Participate in regular management meetings to keep team informed of asset management program.
Develop and adhere to Asset Management policies and procedures, ensuring records are kept up to date and easily accessible by all stakeholders
Provide key resources to provide input to Airport Design Standards from a Total Cost of Ownership and Reliability perspective
Develop Key Performance Metrics (KPIs) and performance targets and perform data analytics tasks to report those to management team on regular basis
Perform failure mode and root cause analysis to evaluate problem causes and remedies on assets
Liaise with airport management and maintenance staff on a regular basis to identify and implement process improvement initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Employment Standards
Bachelor's degree from an accredited University or College in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in facilities maintenance, asset management and/or construction operations
Experience in the use of EAM systems, with familiarity with, or an ability to become familiar with, the EAM system chosen for use by the airport.
Ability to provide system-level administrative organization for EAM systems with independent judgement.
Working familiarity with ESRI ArcGIS Pro and ability to manage feature class interoperability within EAM systems.
Must have strong work ethic, good organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-past environment, and prioritize multiple tasks. This position will work with all levels of employees, departments, and contractors, and candidate must have strong ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Position roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Manage user accounts, creating and deactivating users as needed, and maintaining appropriate permissions structure.
• Train new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization. Regularly develop, improve, and maintain Salesforce training resources.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues and errors both proactively and in response to staff helpdesk tickets.
• Perform regular system maintenance including duplicates resolution, minor modifications of page layouts, and field creation and/or updates. Install, upgrade, and manage database applications as needed to maintain optimal performance. Lead archiving process to maintain complete and current participant records in the internal data system.
• Collaborate with IT team to maintain appropriate standards for system security and data backup to ensure safety of participant data and compliance with applicable grant regulations.
• Work closely with Grants Manager and Grants Administrator to ensure strong foundational data entry of all grants and programs.
• Support Data Analysts in designing, planning, and managing weekly data migration/import process.
• Support Data Analysts and Grants team in producing dashboards and other outcomes and tracking reports, as needed.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years' experience or related work and/or associate's degree. Experience with governmental and nonprofit data system and reporting requirements a plus.
• Experience managing data management software. Experience with Salesforce Non-Profit Success Pack highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with particular emphasis on effective training delivery.
• Strong project management and time management skills with keen attention to detail.

Job Description
6 YRS IT / 3+ SFDC
At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementations Skills with good command on Apex, Visual force, controllers, triggers, batch processes, APIs and web services.
Very good understanding of CPQ area and it will be good if certified in APTTUS like CPQ products.
Hands on knowledge on Any CPQ package
At least 2 years of experience in implementing CRM solutions with a minimum of 3 years Salesforce Force.com platform/Sales Cloud/Service Cloud implementations
Thorough understanding on the Life Cycle of Development including Salesforce Deployment/Packaging effectively using Metadata API, ChangeSet and Ant.
Best Practices understanding on Coding Standards, Deployment, Apex, VF, Salesforce Integration, Security implementations
Experience on Force.com Integration Technologies (WebServices, 3rd Party tool like CastIron/Boomi) to Integrate with On-Premise systems like Siebel, OMS and Java Based Systems
Complete understanding of governor limits
Implement SOAP ./ REST based web services
Develop Web Services classes on Force.com platform and WSDL Generation
Writing Apex Classes, Visual Force Pages, Apex Triggers, Controllers, JQueries to implement complex business requirements
Fluent with SOSL and SOQL Workflows
Hands on experience with Tools like Data Loader, Eclipse, SoapUI, APEX Explorer, Ant Scripts, AJAX tool kit
Migration of all the Customizations including Custom Configurations, packages, and other objects from Sandbox to Production environment
Customizations of Reports, Dashboards, Workflows, Approval Processes
Ability to be flexible with change
Ability to work closely within a team environment
Platform Dev1/2 or DEV 501 Certification
SOAP implementation of the APIs both Enterprise and Partner WSDL
Single Sign On
Java experience is a big plus
At least 2 years of experience in in translate functional requirements and business rules into technology solutions and develop a technical strategy, and be able to create and effectively demonstrate solutions that address customer requirements.
Familiarity with Salesforce latest product launches including Wave Analytics, Lightning.
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Well versed with Configuration and customizations of objects
Analytical skills

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications :-
Bachelor's/ Master's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
Must have at least 4 years of IT experience
