Qualifications

Experience in conducting inventory and tracking of hardware for asset management.

Strong customer service skills, with ability to find ways to understand user issues and their root cause, while finding ways to enable the user to learn how to fix the problem proactively on their own in the future if possible.

Skilled in Microsoft 365 and associated administration tools, Windows PC and server OS, and VMware.
