Maintains accurate user records to include adding vendors, contractors, and other users who will not be loaded through the daily feed; and removing users as appropriate. Actively engages with the IT/HRIS Workday Team to ensure congruence between the learning platforms and the Workday infrastructure.
Develops and maintains training materials; including presentations, user guides, and troubleshooting materials to support teammates in their use of the learning platform and supporting applications.
Coordinates with LMS vendor to implement enhancements, troubleshoot errors, identify areas of improvement, increase functionality, and the like. Opens technical help tickets with the vendors.
Initiates communication with various IT departments to create data import schedules using FTP and/or API. Creates staging tables to be used in data translation. Coordinates communication between internal and external IT and HR departments to ensure successful data transmissions between platforms.

WHAT YOU HAVE DONE
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Linux and Windows system administration in mid-level roles, preferably in secure settings.

Experience with network and system security administration, including operating system security configuration and account management best practices for MS Windows and Linux.
