What You Will Be Doing:
Design, configure, and maintain secure, scalable Salesforce and PSA (Certinia) solutions.

Build and optimize workflows, process builder flows, and Lightning Flow automations.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely support to end users.

What You Bring:
5+ years of hands-on Salesforceadministration experience, including configuration, automation, and reporting.
Strong expertise in PSA (Certinia) administration, including project setup, resource management, time tracking, billing, and revenue processes.
Proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and out-of-the-box automation tools.
Ability to design scalable, user-friendly solutions without over-engineering.

About the role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in the USA, at ElevenLabs you will play a crucial role in building an effective outbound sales strategy, while working closely with the Account Executives.
We don't just sell a product or custom-level solutions; we are partnering with enterprises to help them generate new experiences and monetization opportunities at scale with our breakthrough voice technology.
In this role you will:
* Conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects within the target market.
* Engage in outbound activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to initiate contact with potential customers
* Implement personalized and effective outreach campaigns to maximize lead conversion.
* Collaborate closely with the Account Executive to exchange insights on prospect feedback, objections, and market trends.

Requirements

Location
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in the United States, however the ability to operate in ET, CT, MT, or PT timezones is required.
