Description & Requirements Maximus currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator who will be a key contributor to the management and optimization of our Salesforce environments, including supporting users. You will work closely with the DevOps team and other cross-functional teams to configure systems, implement best practices, and support integrations of internal platforms. Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage user accounts, permission sets, and sharing rules, ensuring a secure and efficient Salesforce environment for all teams.
- User setup and maintenance, including Active Directory and Azure authentication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement Salesforce customizations using automation tools.
- User support tickets.
- Responsible for staying current on the platform's new tools, capabilities, and updates.
- Monitor and report on user adoption.

- Oversee data cleansing and integrity, utilizing data loader and reporting analytics for debugging and troubleshooting.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards, analyzing data, and identifying business growth opportunities through Salesforce reporting, data analysis, and revenue management.
- Collaborate with other DevOps team members for environment refreshes.
- Provides backup coverage for other team members, as needed.
- Sandbox environment management.
- Collaborate closely with other workstreams for training and requirements gathering, with a focus on exceptional user experience.
- Work closely with DevOps Release Manager to coordinate deployments across all tiers and environments.
- Troubleshoot and work closely with others from the DevOps team on cross-team coordination of production issues to ensure quick resolution of Salesforce-specific bugs or deployment challenges.
- Stay current with Salesforce best practices, trends, and platform updates to ensure processes remain aligned with platform innovations.
- Flexible with off-hours work as needed for critical deployments.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

- 5 + years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Exp with SOQL
- Exp with Copado
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a solid understanding of standard and custom objects, workflows, integrations, security, and compliance.

- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices
- Salesforce Administrator certifications

Sr. Principal Storage & Data Protection System Administrators collaborate with a motivated team to support fast-paced, critical programs with classified information system capabilities. Success in this role means you can develop, implement and maintain secure, cost-efficient environments across various classified programs. Program teams rely on your collaboration and guidance to define computing requirements and create end-of-end solutions to solve complex DT infrastructure problems.
As a Senior Principal level System Administrator, this role will require a seasoned professional contributor who can handle difficult and complex issues within the Mission areas of the Woburn, MA facilities related to Storage and Data Protection systems in Classified areas.

Relocation is available to Tucson, AZ if the applicant is eligible per company policy.
What You Will Do:
Collaborate with partners to define computing requirements based on the standard architectural solutions with a strong background in NetApp, Storage networking, Backup Software and tape library systems. Work with storage architects, program leads, and end-users design end-to-end solutions based on the program's requirements consisting of hardware and operating system technologies.
Integrate and partner with programs, network engineering and high-performance computing teams to solve complex infrastructure problems.
Assure a high level of reliability and performance through systems monitoring and infrastructure management. A deep understanding of data storage performance requirements.
Respond to online service requests from users.
Ensure server and application compliance with security and performance requirements (DFARS, RMF, NIST Cybersecurity Framework).
Experience with NAS and or SAN data storage products with an emphasis on:
NetApp FAS systems including: ONTAP installation, storage configuration, network configuration, data migrations, command line proficiency, software upgrades, command line and GUI troubleshooting, log analysis, high availability, inter-cluster connectivity, disk-to-disk backups, snap technology, health monitoring.
Communicates and works with associated organizations including the Program Architectural team, mission area Digital Technology Program Leads (DTPLs), end-users, Network Engineering, High Performance Computing (HPC), hardware & software vendors.
Work with architectural and end-user teams to gather storage requirements for capacity, performance, space & power availability.
Create updates and status reports for management.
Attend regularly scheduled meetings to report on project status.
FC based tape library systems: Hardware & software installation, cabling and fiber channel connections, target configuration,
Champion the Storage & Data Protection standard and establish yourself as the backup software subject matter expert.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize client servers and their data to be backed up.
Background in RAID based storage, Backup software applications and tape library systems.
Monitor and track client and data backups. Troubleshoot, resolve, and restart failed backups ensuring that they have been completed successfully.
Cycle and track tape inventories.
Install and upgrade the system's hardware and software.
Develop, revise, and maintain technical and operational documentation (including procedures) to continually improve our computing environments.
Maintain and grow your technical competence in multiple areas (such as Windows, Linux, virtualization, User Authentication, DNS, NFS, system imaging/build automation).
Assist in developing the overall performance and capability of your technical team through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
Provide timely updates to management on project lifecycles.
. Ability to obtain required Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 8140 / 8570 Certification requirements (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent certification) within 1 year of hire date
Systems are operational 24x7 and occasionally require work effort beyond standard work hours
Qualifications you must have:
Typically requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or a master's degree and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Start date will not be issued until interim clearance is obtained.
Experience working with Storage and Data Protection systems.
Experience with Linux Operating System. (RHEL preferred)
Experience with Windows operating systems
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experince with RAID based storage systems e.g., NetApp, and Veritas, CommVault, and VEEAM backup software applications, integral in the system backup and data protection process.
Strong Excel skills.
Experience operating and leading in an Agile Scrum environment
In-depth experience with Active Directory, Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP,
Working knowledge of system update/patch management - WSUS, SCCM, Chef, Puppet, Exchange
Working knowledge of computer system monitoring - Nagios, Retina, etc.
Working knowledge of compliance assessment tools - ACAS, Nessus
Strong experience with virtual computing technologies with VMWare, vCenter, vSphere and ESXI virtual computing methodologies
Security+ certification or willingness to obtain within 1 year of employment.
Working knowledge of thin client technologies
Working knowledge of unified OS account management technologies - Centrify
Strong understanding of fundamental TCP/IP concepts
Scripting / programming experience
Strong understanding of fundamental networking/distributed computing environment concepts.

Relocation Eligibility
The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
