5. Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with Product Owners, BAs, Architects, Admins, and QA teams.
Provide technical leadership in grooming sessions, solution reviews, and sprint planning.
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis.
