Job Description


Marketing automation technical subject matter expert, leveraging your depth of experience and domain expertise to create solutions to complex business problems Collaborate and partner with business product owners and technology teams to build a strategic roadmap, solution use cases that create measurable impact, with an Agile-based, design thinking approach Drive the technical aspects of end-to-end marketing automation architecture, build, configure and integrate marketing automation with other best-in-class digital marketing channels and sales platforms (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Salesforce, LinkedIn, etc.) Build data integrations and leverage data to generate a wholistic view of the customer, perform audience segmentation and targeting, create demand generation programs, personalize nurture journeys, create/improve lead scoring models, and attribution analytics Troubleshooting/debugging campaign automation solutions as well as maintaining and troubleshooting in-flight solutions


Qualifications


Bachelors in Information Systems or Technology-related discipline 4+ years hands-on experience in one or many Marketing Automation platforms - Salesforce Marketing Cloud required Expert in building demand generation programs, creating nurture journeys, developing lead scoring, enabling integrations with native connectors and/or API integrations Solid understanding of Marketing Cloud data model, Salesforce CRM, Lightning Web Components and UI technologies, and AMPScript Knowledgeable in various technical aspects of Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, ABM, B2B demand generation, and Sales Enablement including familiarity with other MarTech stacks/tools, Adobe, Salesforce, Demandbase, LinkedIn, etc. Knowledgeable with data-related tools and activities - data cleansing/appending, data exporting, SQL, Datorama, Tableau Worked in an Agile, collaborative, and cross-team environment and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Motivated, collaborative team player, learns and adapts quickly, excellent verbal and communication skills

Our Go-To-Market (GTM) Enterprise Applications team / Enterprise Architecture and Data Services team is currently looking for a Sr. Salesforce CPQ Developer.

About Go-To-Market Team:

The Business Technology Go-To-Market team works in close partnership with our business partners to help fuel growth and revenue goals for Workday, along with driving exceptional Customer and employee experiences. The team is responsible for developing and supporting innovative architecture-led solutions for our Marketing, Sales, Services, Customer Support & Legal business functions with Salesforce being the primary platform alongside other cutting edge platforms like SnapLogic for Integrations, Conga/Apttus CPQ or equivalent, CLM, AWS as PaaS, Coveo Search Platform, OKTA for SSO and others

About the Role

Responsibilities:
Actively participate in requirements gathering through solution design, build, testing and deployment Perform the build activities to deliver a solution from the design stage to a functional application Develop applications using the Force.com platform (Apex classes/triggers, VisualForce pages, Web Services API), Angular JS, related web technologies (CSS3, HTML5, Ajax, JavaScript) and other enterprise programming languages such as JavaIntegrate enterprise applications such as Salesforce with analytical platforms and other applications via integration tools using SOAP or REST web service protocols Execute unit tests and write Apex test classes for code coverage.Use development tools such as Eclipse IDE (for source code editor, debugging and deployment) and GIT (for source code and version control) Participate in design and code reviews to ensure development quality Deploy metadata (configuration and code) to different environments via tools such as Ant and FlosumUse tools such as Data Loader for data export, backup and migration between environments Design user interfaces and create corresponding ERD (Entity Relationship Digram) using Lucid Chart or similar tools to represent the data models and illustrate relationships between database elements Create process flow diagrams to represent the logic and algorithms used to implement the business rules and requirements.

About You

Required Skills/Experience:
B.S. in Computer Science, MIS or related field, or equivalent work experience Minimum 5 years of solid SFDC/CPQ development.Clear insight of Salesforce platform best practices, coding and design guidelines and governor limits Strong proficiency in writing Apex code and triggers, VisualForce pages & components, SOQL, SOSL, etc.Expertise in declarative config - workflow, process builder, formulas, validations etc.Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using connectors, SOAP/REST APISalesforce Certified Platform DeveloperKnowledge in developing and deploying solutions using Salesforce Lightning (Lightning Design System/Lightning App Builder/Lightning components) Must be a good team player and a quick learner Capable of interacting with technical and functional teams and communicating challenges and risks.

Requires a B.S Degree in Computer Science w/6+ years of experience.

Required

• 5+ years of experience developing in the salesforce ecosystem - Apex Classes, Visualforce Pages, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Flows, Process Builders, etc.

• Thorough knowledge of APEX, Visualforce and Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components

• Salesforce certifications - Advanced Administrator and PD1 mandatory

• Working experience with Health Cloud

• OmniStudio experience desire

• Experience integrating large enterprise systems with salesforce

• Experience in developing batch jobs, Asynchronous apex, and lightning flows.

• Thorough knowledge of salesforce's different modules like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Prediction Builder, etc.

• Experience working with SFDX and CI/CD technologies

• Experience working with web services using REST/JSON

• Design, develop, test, document, deploy, and support third-party integrations with Salesforce.

• Implement solutions within an agile SDLC framework that delivers high-quality code frequently.

• A Big Plus is knowledge of applications like DocuSign, and app exchange products.

• Input into overall technical architecture, best practices, and standards for development in the salesforce platform

• Experience in dealing with large data volume

• Experience working in an agile environment (Scrum or Kanban)

• Ensure best practices with software architecture and development
