Hours/Schedule: This is a part time position that will work less than 20 hours per week Monday-Friday with varying hours, and occasional weekend hours will be required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
High school graduate or GED equivalent.
At least 15 credit hours of higher education.
At least two (2) years' experience in a position demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in computers and/or computerized assessment testing, with ability to perform essential operations (scrolling, limited keyboarding, printing, start-up and shutdown of computers) and troubleshoot basic technical problems.
Demonstrated high level of customer service and positive attitude towards serving the college community.
Possess good judgment, resourcefulness, and a high degree of discretion in handling confidential test score information and protected proctor passwords.
Excellent organizational skills to help the testing process run efficiently.
