Account & Relationship Management Manage existing accounts to ensure renewal, retention, expansion, and long-term satisfaction. Serve as a primary point of contact for partners seeking expansions, upgrades, diverse routing, or new colocation opportunities. Support cross-functional operational coordination for route planning, fiber allocation, and implementation. Internal Collaboration Work closely with engineering on feasibility, design, and network planning. Coordinate with finance for pricing models, IRU structures, ASC-606 considerations, and revenue forecasting. Partner with executive leadership on high-value negotiations, legislative touchpoints, and strategic messaging.
