What you will do
Our continued success and growth has produced a need for a Service Sales Representative. The primary function of this position is to promote and sell service agreements for commercial building systems products to include fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler, security, sound, communication and inspections.
How you will do it
As a Service Sales Executive you will establish contact with prospect and qualify potential buyers of service contracts by scheduling sales calls, following up of leads and using outlined marketing strategies.
Develop a positive ongoing relationship with customers.
Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of company service offerings.
Close sufficient sales to meet sales plan objectives.
Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog that will support achieving the designed sales plan.
Conduct building surveys to support the development of estimates.
Maintain accurate and complete records of all sales related activities.
Submit all required sales reports, expenses, competitive activity and correspondence in an accurate and timely manner.
Develop a positive ongoing relationship with customers to ensure that Johnson Controls is meeting their requirements to ensure long-term customer dedication.
Support the service department to generate leads for service or equipment/device upgrades.
What we look for
Required
Degree or equivalent work experience (5 years).
5 years minimum B2B track record of sales experience.
Experience selling a service or intangible or technical product.
Experience prospecting, qualifying, solution selling and closing deals.
Ability to work in a matrix environment with minimal direction where performance will be measure by meeting quota numbers.
Professional communication, interpersonal, and time leadership skills is a must have
Proficient in the use of personal computers to include operating systems such as Windows and Oracle systems.
Ability & willingness to work as a teammate; must work well with others
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline preferred.
5+ years minimum B2B track record of sales experience.
Industry or related industry experience.
Salesforce Proficiency
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $45,000 - $59,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Key Responsibilities
Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).

Job Duties
Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks.
Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
Maintain a service van and its inventory.
Process paperwork after completion of each job.
Minimum Qualifications
Less than 2 years related experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
Preferred Qualifications
Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics and internal combustion engines, and the ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills.
Technical degree, previous lift truck repair, welding experience, and knowledge of various types of testing equipment preferred.
Familiar with tools and equipment such as common hand tools, electrical/air tools, torch, arc welder and various types of testing equipment.
Industry related training is preferred
Ability to read and understand service manuals, plan, and follow-through

What You'll Do:

• Facility Maintenance Support
o Contribute to general facility maintenance tasks beyond equipment-specific
responsibilities.
o Assist in maintaining a safe and organized working environment by
addressing facility-related issues and supporting maintenance efforts in
shared spaces.
o Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure a well-maintained and
conducive production environment for seamless operations.

The Role
As a Therapeutic Specialty Representative (TSR), you'll be on the front lines of a critical product launch, introducing Anaphylm to healthcare providers. Anaphylm has the potential to be the first and only FDA-approved, non-invasive, orally delivered epinephrine product for the treatment of severe allergic reactions, including anaphylaxis. If approved, people at risk for severe allergic reactions would have a device-free, needle-free epinephrine option. Similar in size to a postage stamp, Anaphylm is administered as a thin, dissolvable film placed under the tongue.
As a Therapeutic Specialty Representative (TSR), you will educate healthcare providers on how Anaphylm is designed to address barriers that prevent patients from carrying and administering epinephrine, building trusted relationships to drive adoption of Anaphylm. Duties and Responsibilities:

Typical assignments include:

· Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
· Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
· Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.
GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as:

The Senior Conversational Designer is a critical role in shaping intuitive, human-centered conversational experiences across digital and voice channels.
