What You'll Contribute
The Digital Testing & Personalization Sr. Manager will work collaboratively with multiple business units within the organization. This includes Web Strategy, Brand, Corporate Communications, Marketing, and Servicing. The individual should have extensive experience with digital A/B testing and personalization practices and tools, with the ability to provide guidance and strategic recommendations to the aforementioned groups based on user behavior and testing outcomes. The individual will be responsible for establishing testing program best practices and procedures; drawing from previous experience to help SLM quickly establish an effective testing and optimization practice. Testing Campaign Management
Works with key stakeholders to develop testing hypotheses and gather requirements.

Monitors campaign tracking and performance.
