The Role: As The New Bar's Assistant Manager, you'll play a vital and pivotal role in building and nurturing a thriving community around our mission. Our retail leaders serve as guides for our customers and advocates for The New Bar brand. You'll be responsible for leading the team, driving consultative sales and ensuring our customers have the best experience each time they visit our store. You will also drive our brand through community engagement and campaign activation. This is a part-time, in-person position for our Union Street, San Francisco store. This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holiday shifts as needed.
