Pays well. That’s it
They are ruthlessly unprofessional people, curse at their employees, call people very derogatory names, racial slurs, specially females and anyone of Chinese origin are their biggest targets. Management are the only one with a voice, everything you say is undermined and to quote “that bi*ch is stupid, I’d punch her fat a** if I could”
Other than a pay check, nothing. PTO hours are none existent, benefits are minimal and scarce, and the place is a revolving door. The work environment is dark and toxic, no one can find the will to even smile. The second you walk in to the min you walk out there will be yelling and cursing.
He’s aggressive in business
Allow employees to have a voice, to have direct orders and not change their minds every second without communicating and then blaming it on others. Speak to people with respect, and understanding, or simply believe in the power of “good job”. Everyone here is on edge and everyone is against eachother in fear of losing their job. Which can happen at any moment, it can happen because they didn’t like how your hair looked that day. It’s like walking on eggshells for 9 hours of your waking day.
You can’t prepare for an interview here. Just have to agree to all the curve balls they throw at you and come across as a lamb who will say yes and bow your head.
Lower than most but nonetheless competitive
Very low, unless you’re at the warehouse, driving or back office.
Leaving on Friday.
