Job Description
We're seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or PhysicianAssistant with Salud Family Health in Fort Morgan, Co.
At Salud, our PhysicianAssistants & Nurse Practitioners approach their tasks in a team-based care fashion that supports patients and their families in self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change. As a PhysicianAssistant/Nurse Practitioner at Salud, you will perform routine clinic operations, take histories, and make physical assessments, all the while adhering to the spirit of the SALUD mission statement.

Qualifications
Education:
Must have graduated or been graduating from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or PhysicianAssistant program
Licensure:
Possess an unrestricted PhysicianAssistant license or Nurse Practitioner license in good standing in the State of Colorado
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
The ability to speak Spanish is strongly preferred
