Tremco is currently looking for a Field Services Safety Engineer.
General Purpose:
The Field Safety Engineer will be responsible for providing support and safety oversight to regional Roofing and Weatherproofing Technologies field employees (including but not limited to Sales, Roofing Advisors, CSS, Field Resource Representatives, and leadership), ensuring site compliance with corporate and client safety standards, as well as ensuring site safety policies and procedures are aligned with governmental regulations. This position will provide supervision and coordination of the day-to-day safety requirements of jobsites.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide support to projects by maintaining a visible presence and conducting site visits to perform safety audits and safety process audits (e.g., safety document evaluation/compliance) *this should take place at least 80% of the week*
Enforce all Federal, State, local, owner and Tremco regulations throughout all Roofing regional projects.
Assist site leadership to develop site-specific safety programs aligned with Tremco Field Services Safety policies and instruct supervisors on safety procedures, planning and equipment.
Assist Regional Field Safety Managers with rolling out new safety initiatives and briefing employees as needed on new policies, or changes in existing policies, to keep current (e.g., Daily Task Planning, 100% audit compliance, safety training programs)
Educate the workforce and regional leadership on understanding Tremco's safety cultural advancements, such as safety leadership and safety management systems.
Assist in the coaching, mentoring and implementation of Tremco Health and Safety programs in the field, to ensure that all safety expectations are understood and met.
Participate with and/or conduct Toolbox Talk Meetings with Regional team employees.
Regularly review and be familiar with all applicable legislation and applicable standards, to ensure
compliance.
Effectively represent our Tremco safety culture with our subcontractors and help Tremco site leadership to ensure complete compliance of our subcontractors to applicable rules and regulations (Federal, State, local, owner, Tremco and their own).
Motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure safety practices and policies are being adhered to effectively.
As a direct report to, regularly communicate safety audit results and/or field safety concerns (e.g., Stop Work Authority) with Assistant Safety Director and prepare observation reports as needed.
Regularly audit the Site-Specific Safety and Health Plans for compliance and update to ensure the alignment with project scope and conditions.
Ensure that all incidents are reported immediately per the Tremco Incident Notification Policy.
Participate and assist all field leadership in the investigation of incidents to determine root cause, and corrective actions where necessary.
Ensure incident corrective actions are followed up on and completed.
Monitor and follow up on modified workers in the field.
Must adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Occupational Health & Safety preferred) or 5+ Years of Construction experience with high school diploma.
Minimum of two years of construction safety field experience required.
OSHA 10- and 30-hour certification required.
Knowledge of the 1926 OSHA Regulations.
Working Knowledge on how to develop, implement, and audit a Daily Task Analysis for Employees and Subcontractors.
Proficient written and oral communication skills.
Proficient Computer Skills- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel/work remotely 80% or greater. You will be home every weekend.

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $70,000 and $80,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.

JOB SUMMARY
Tote system data entry and verification work, reports and paperwork for racetrack and/or corporate office, train new employees, maintains, operates, setup, or troubleshoot boards and auxiliary odds boards. Prepares and maintains UT equipment, repairs, maintains and cleans betting terminals, installs and tears down equipment, stock ticket paper on betting lines, unloads ticket stock from freight truck, labeling, packaging, and shipping reordering spare parts, loads and unloads equipment, maintain and repair infield or auxiliary display boards, and other tasks as required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Tote system data entry and verification.
* Preparation of reports/paperwork for the racetrack and/or corporate office.
* Assist in the shipping, loading or unloading of company equipment and/or supplies.
* Labeling, packaging, shipping and re-ordering of spare parts.
* Assist in the training of new employees and Line Technicians
* Maintain, operate, setup or troubleshoot tote boards and auxiliary odds boards.
* Operation of the communications equipment used at the racetrack.
* Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of United Tote equipment.
* Equipment installation and tear down.
* Stocking of ticket paper on betting lines.
* Unloading of ticket stock from freight trucks.
* Perform minor repairs on terminal components, test components, correctly package components for shipment and order replacement components.
* Develop wiring and soldering skills.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Must have understanding of what pari-mutuel wagering is and United Tote's role at the racetrack. Must be able to interact with association personnel in a professional and efficient manner. Must be able to understand configurations of the Tote room hardware, i.e. modems, multiplexers, consoles, display controllers and printers. Familiarity with the Tote Board installation and operation. Understand the system reports and know what information is reported. Understand how prices are calculated and become familiar with the State rules and regulations.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED. Line technician experience and electrical and/or computer experience preferred.

Job Summary:
Game Technicians are responsible for the repair and maintenance of the attractions and arcade games at Scene75. With direction from the technical manager, they perform all preventative maintenance on machines and fix machines that are broken. During operational hours, they are also responsible for taking calls about games not functioning properly, maintaining stocking levels in instant win games, and keeping the facility clean.
Key Responsibilities:

Test every game every week.

Vehicle and dealership service discounts.
Responsibilities:
Perform full inspections and repairs on used vehicles including, transmission, engine, electronic diagnosis, wheel and tire.
Inspect belts and filters and check air levels and gauges
Write up service reports
Communicate with the service manager to obtain needed parts for service repairs
Road test vehicles when required to quality check work performed
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
Qualifications:
Previous experience at an automotive dealership.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent customer service skills.
Basic computer competencies.
Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
Team player with ability to collaborate with others effectively.
Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications.
Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
Valid driver's license with a clear driving record.
Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen requirements.
